The Time Has ComeArtsyPlanet is an idea whose time has come. It is an online artisan community that exists to make you, the artisan, accessible to the online public. The concept derives from our desire to make hand crafted items of all kinds available to anyone who is tired of the ubiquitous, mass produced items found from one end of the county to the other and everywhere in between. The Concept...The concept of Artsy is simple: Artisans from specific geographic areas will have the opportunity to join the website so that they can be represented. Think of it as a farmers market where the local growers gather to sell their produce. Everyone shares the same space, but the sales are their own. The site is not only a place to sell art, but to make the community and the world aware that THIS is an art destination. Artsy wants to drive not only sales, but tourism to this area. | ||
